Our History
In 1991, Gordinier & Associates, Inc. was established by Jay F. Gordinier (Senior) after working for other companies in the event industry for many years. With his vast experience and trustworthy reputation the company grew quickly.
Soon after its founding, Jay Senior was able to employ his two sons, Jay R. Gordinier and Steven Gordinier on a full time basis and develop a 3 part ownership within the company. The success of the business was and still is based on strong family values and a passionate work ethic. After a number of years and after adding a few more employees the company transformed into "Gordinier Group."
In 2008, Jay Senior decided to enjoy a semi-retirement and Jay R. Gordinier ventured out on his own in a new industry. Jay Senior is still consulting on an as needed basis. His knowledge of the industry is still a valued asset to son Steven. After many years of following in his father's footsteps, Steven decided to continue in the event management arena on his own.
Keeping with the namesake, Gordinier Group Event Builders, LLC was established by Steven M. Gordinier. As a second generation company and many years of experience in the industry the Gordinier name has been executing events now for over twenty years and continues to be a well recognized team of event specialists.
