In one of the Jeep Brand’s most important vehicle launches to date, Gordinier Group partnered with The George P Johnson Company and Light Speed Management to bring the 2014 Cherokee to the masses.

 .

The Cherokee Effect is a traveling 10-city tour across the country, aiming to expose consumers to the new model offering test drives, an engaging scavenger hunt game, music, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. The tour plans to stop at various festivals, art fairs, and farmer’s markets.

The team turned in great results at the first 2 stops – Taste of DC (Washington DC, Oct 12-13) and Royal Oak Farmer’s Market Royal Oak, MI, Oct 18-20).

 .

It is always hard to predict the public’s reaction to a new vehicle (especially for a brand with an extremely loyal following). If our event metrics so far are an indication of how well this vehicle will be received, I think that Jeep will sell an awful lot of Cherokees.

 .

Here are some photos from the first two stops. Look for the Cherokee Effect to be making future stops in Chicago, NYC, Atlanta, and Boston before heading west to warmer climates. Stay tuned….
